All product sold on our website or third-party e-commerce platform are brand new. All product undergo quality inspection upon receiving and all orders are check before shipping to provide our customers a peace of mind when they purchase with us.

Order Cancellation
We do not accept cancellation after an order has been shipped.

Exchange
You can claim a “one time” one-to-one replacement for a faulty product or an incorrect product that was ship to you. Submit a report within 24 hours upon receiving the product to be eligible for replacement or exchange. You will receive a confirmation notice from us usually within one working day. Faulty or incorrect product must be return to us in their original form, any tampering of the product will void this agreement. This claim do not cover damage from unique, accidental, wear and tear or abuse. “marshimallow” reserve all rights to inspect the condition of the product prior to replacement or exchange. You are require to furnish proof of purchase details when making a claim. “marshimallow” reserve all rights to reject a replacement or exchange when a claim submitted to us fail to provide sufficient verification materials. Any dispute shall be final at our decision.

Courier service and fee is solely arrange by marshimallow. In the event where the Courier Service is confirmed and you wish to make any form of adjustment, a service fee of $7 will be charge to you.

**Breast-feeding accessory parts are personal single-user product that is non-returnable and non-refundable. If your Breast-feeding equipment is reported faulty, the claim will only cover the faulty electronic pump.
