reset or update your password

3. fill in the valid email address you register on our website.

4. tap or click Submit.

5. check your email inbox for "Reset or update your password" email from us to fill in your new password.

(you should receive the email from us almost instantly. if you did not receive the email within 5 minutes, check your Spam/Junk folder)
