when will my refund be issued?

your refund will be issued after we have received the return items at our facility. refund maybe consider if the product is returned with its original product tag, packaging, box and accessories if applicable. inclusive free gift or promotional items that is shipped with the order.

where is my refund credit?

your refund will be process to the original payment method. (eg. payment made on credit card ending with 1234 will be refund back to credit card ending with 1234).

how many days will it take for my refund to be credited?

for credit card, debit card and hoolah installment payment method, estimated 7~14 business days from the day you received a refund notification from us. this includes Apple Pay & Google Pay.

for PayNow, DBS Paylah! and GrabPay, your refund is within the same day you received a refund notification from us.
